December Uganda Prayer & Praise Report
We sing praise to the Lord and give Him thanks!!
Our Christmas catalog has been mailed out, and is attached to this email. Please look at it, give if you are able, but most importantly, look at the faces of the children, and know that you have been a part of their joy and their growth, as you donate and pray. We are grateful for you.
The time has flown, and the students have already finished their exams and headed home for break. About 60 students stay at the school or at Osborn's house, as they have no where to go. Many students go home with their friends, to families that welcome them in, when they have no families of their own. We are grateful to God for the privilege of caring for these children. Because of your generosity and prayers, these children have a hope for their future as we provide education, food, medical care and love. We teach them about the love of their Heavenly Father, who never leaves them. The community members pull together and do what they can, and it is a joy to work together to carry each other's burdens.
Sharon Reuda, a long-time supporter of GSM and Pastor Osborn, went home to be with the Lord after suffering with Parkinson's. She was a volunteer bookkeeper for over 20 years, and loved this ministry, and we loved her! We are grateful for the life she so generously gave to others, and we ask that you pray for her family as they grieve her loss.
