What Does This Mean?
THE MOVEMENT BEGINS: LIFE IN THE SPIRIT (part 1) | Last Sunday, we—the Church universal—celebrated Pentecost. Today we will be looking at the that amazing day in history when God sent His Holy Spirit to empower the individual who “believes in Jesus and is saved” to live a life of meaning and hope and peace and joy and a life of power. And Pentecost is when we, as individuals, are transformed into the Body of Christ, the Church., empowered to take the gospel message of God’s love and saving grace to our world. “What does this mean?” (they asked).
