Far As the Curse Is Found

Far As the Curse Is Found

The Community of the Free (part 7) | The theme of this book of Galatians, which is a letter, is that living under the Law enslaves us, but living in Grace sets us free. So, why would anyone who had been saved by grace, go back and start living like a legalist? Perhaps it’s because performance-based religion makes us feel good about ourselves because we are doing something. And as Paul argued this truth, he gives us a historical example of faith: Abraham. Then he contrasts the curse of sin with the curse Jesus bore on the cross.
